Location & Time

Our wedding reception will be taking place at the Grand Rapids Art Museum at 101 Monroe Center in Grand Rapids, MI.

The celebration will begin at 6pm on Saturday, May 19th, 2012 with hors d'oeuvre, cocktails and the opportunity to view select galleries within the museum.

Due to road construction, directions previously communicated may now not be correct. Please use the following:

Directions: From the Church, turn right onto
Fulton Street and drive 0.6 miles
Turn right onto Division Avenue
After 0.2 miles, turn left onto Pearl Street
After 0.2 miles, turn left onto Monroe Center
The Art Museum will be on your left

Menu Options

The catering for the evening will come from the delicious Gilmore Collection Catering. On your invitation you will be asked to choose between the following three entee options:

Florentine Chicken Breast - served with gouda scalloped potatoes and grilled asparagus.
NY Strip - served with garlic-chive mashed potatoes and a seasonal vegetable hash.
Stuffed Zucchini Boxes - (vegetarian) balsamic reduction, evoo, roasted eggplant, onions, roma tomatoes, basil, local goat cheese, potato-mushroom ragout.

Dessert will be coming from the talented folks at Mira Bella Confections.

Entertainment

The hosting duties and entertainment for the evening will be provided by the wonderful DJ Drew Smith

Parking

One option is parking at a parking meter. With the exception of the parking meters on Monroe Center, they are free on weekends.

A second option is parking in one of the numerous parking ramps around the art museum. Ellis Parking runs a number of such ramps, as you can see by the numbers indicating the ramps around the GRAM (represented by the heart):

Finally, if you are staying in a hotel downtown, many of the hotels are within walking distance to the GRAM if you would like to park your car there and walk to the reception.
